Stephanie Magill, MS, RD, CD, FAND is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in optimizing nutrition for aging, midlife transitions, and sports performance.

With a Masters degree in Nutrition and over 24 years of experience, she has worked across community, public health, clinical care, and private practice.

Passionate about empowering women in midlife, Stephanie provides science-backed strategies to navigate aging with confidence and vitality.

Through her work, she helps women cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition offering practical guidance to feel well fueled, strong, capable, and in control of their health.
